- Definitions:
The Lessor: Any person or entity renting the space of Théâtre du Peigné.
The Theatre: Théâtre du Peigné, located in Verviers, Belgium.
- Purpose:
These terms govern the rental of Théâtre du Peigné for any type of event.
- Venue Capacity:
- 120 seated persons facing the stage.
- Maximum of 350 standing persons.
- 100 seated persons for a table dinner, and up to 300 standing persons for a cocktail event.
- Reservation and Payment:
A reservation will be considered final after signing the rental contract and receiving the deposit. All payments must be made before the event.
- Third-Party Services:
Théâtre du Peigné may connect the Lessor with third-party providers for certain options (e.g., ticketing). However, these services are provided by independent entities, and Théâtre du Peigné neither guarantees nor endorses the quality, reliability, or legitimacy of these services. The Theatre acts solely as an intermediary and disclaims all liability related to these third-party services.
- Cleaning:
It is expected that the venue will be returned in an acceptable condition post-event. Additional charges may apply in the case of damage or excessive cleaning.
- Rental Hours:
Each rental includes 12 hours of Théâtre use, until a maximum of 2 a.m. It’s up to you to choose according to availability.
- Liability:
The Lessor is responsible for any damage caused to the Theatre during the rental period.
- Modification of Terms:
Théâtre du Peigné reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. However, the terms in effect at the time of booking will remain applicable.
- Disputes:
Any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these terms will be subject to the competent jurisdiction in the region of (Verviers/Province of Liège).
- Personal Data Protection:
All personal data provided by the user during booking, browsing, or any other interaction with our site are collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of the provided information and will not share it with third parties without explicit consent.
- Limitation of Liability:
The Lessor agrees to release Théâtre du Peigné, its employees, partners, and representatives from any liability for damages, losses, costs, or expenses resulting from the use of the premises, including, without limitation, physical injuries, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional fault on the part of the Theatre. In case of dispute, any damages potentially owed by Théâtre du Peigné to the Lessor will be limited to the amount paid by the latter for the venue rental.
- Indemnification:
The Lessor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Théâtre du Peigné, its employees, partners, and representatives against any damage, loss, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from any complaint, claim, or action brought by a third party due to or arising from the Lessor’s use of the premises or any person present during their event.
- Acceptance of Terms:
By using the services of Théâtre du Peigné, the Lessor expressly and unreservedly accepts these general terms and conditions. Any condition imposed by the Lessor not expressly accepted by us is not binding on Théâtre du Peigné, regardless of when it may have come to our attention.
